We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Educator from an allied health background to complement a group of educator and coach roles in our services. This role will provide an opportunity for you to apply your skills in working collaboratively with others to plan, develop, deliver, and coordinate learning opportunities, as well as evaluating and administering the education programme.
This role also involves some workforce development planning, working with clinical leaders to identify where our workforce capability and competence can be strengthened through education initiatives. You will report to the Associate Director of Allied Health and be supported by a small group of experienced colleagues.
You will have a background in clinical practice and recent clinical experience within mental health and/or addictions services with excellent relationship and facilitation skills. You will be motivated and ready to apply your skills and enthusiasm for supporting others to grow and develop, and to support our services to deliver quality health outcomes.
