Contract: Part time, Fixed Term for 6 months from date of appointment. Duties approx. 12 hours per week
We are seeking to recruit to a pilot of initiating two part time Clinical Director roles in the Wairarapa. Our aim is to create dedicated resource for medical clinical leadership within a multi-disciplinary (MDT) environment in order to achieve sustainable high quality services within the Wairarapa district which integrate with the wider region and networks.
The Clinical Directors will partner with Group Managers and MDT Professional Leads in order to enhance clinical input into decision making, contribute to setting performance expectations such as service effectiveness and efficiency as well as critical input to developing the strategic direction for the Services group. We believe these roles will assist us to honour our commitment to excellent clinically and culturally evidence based care meeting the health and wellbeing needs for the community.
