We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with Mental Health experience looking to step up and take on a leadership position in our ICAMHS team.
This could be the perfect opportunity for you to further develop your leadership skills.
Ideally, you will have Clinical experience in the Community Child and Adolescent Health.
Do you have a passion for developing and enhancing your strengths as well as the strengths of your team to focus on improving outcomes for tamariki, rangatahi, and whanau, then this is the role for you.
The multi-disciplinary team supports 0-18 year olds who have a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of a moderate to severe mental health disorder.
As a leader, you will need to value and engage your staff, providing them with support and direction to ensure progressive and innovative best practice, while encouraging ongoing professional development in a client-centered service.
