The Role:
As a Clinical Contracts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in leading our clinical services, ensuring they align with our values of integrity, respect, and self-empowerment. You'll manage the delivery of key contracts, including the ACC Sensitive Claims Service (SCS) and Survivor Experience Services (SES), fostering a team culture where collaboration and continuous improvement are central to success.
This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated team of professionals, guide service delivery improvements, and drive high standards of care for clients. You'll also build strong relationships with external providers and stakeholders, ensuring seamless service coordination and compliance with ethical and cultural standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the ACC team to deliver exceptional services.
Manage ACC SCS and SES contract implementation, ensuring compliance with contract and legislative requirements.
Oversee provider contract management, from recruitment to performance improvement.
Design and deliver service improvements for better client outcomes.
Foster strong partnerships with iwi Maori and other key stakeholders to deliver culturally responsive services.
Ensure reporting and data analysis drive insights and improvements.

What We're Looking For:
Professional registration with a current APC (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, Counsellor).
Strong understanding of ACC pathways and contract management.
Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Skilled in service design and process improvement.
Excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
A full and unrestricted NZ driver's licence.
