The role focuses on managing the implementation of ACC SCS (Sensitive Claims Service) and SES (Survivor Experience Services) contracts, building a network of providers, ensuring service delivery improvements, and fostering a positive team culture that promotes the healing journey for clients affected by sexual harm. The Clinical Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, driving ethical, professional, and culturally responsive practices.In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the ACC SCS team and providers to ensure they perform optimally and deliver high-quality services. You will provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities for team members. You will oversee the processes around provider contract management, including recruitment, retention, service delivery, and performance management. Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture is critical to ensuring alignment with Tautoko Mai's values.Service delivery will involve leading the design and implementation of the new ACC clinical service contract, ensuring that services align with best practices and meet contractual obligations. You will evaluate and continuously improve service delivery models for efficiency and effectiveness, supporting providers in overcoming operational challenges.A key part of your role will be identifying areas for improvement and working closely with the ACC SCS Lead to address skill gaps and focus on training needs for providers. Facilitating professional development opportunities for internal staff and external partners will be part of this collaborative approach to maintaining high service standards.Compliance with contract requirements and legislation is paramount. You will develop and implement quality assurance frameworks to monitor and improve clinical outcomes. Additionally, you will lead process improvement initiatives that enhance both service delivery and operational efficiency.Reporting will be another significant aspect of the role. You will develop and deliver performance and outcomes reports, ensuring they meet both internal and external requirements. Your reports will inform strategic decision-making and guide continuous improvements.Providing clinical leadership and oversight will ensure that all services meet ethical and professional standards. You'll monitor provider performance, address clinical risks, and ensure quality care for clients. Building strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with iwi Maori and key external partners, will further support the success of the clinical services.Minimum Requirements:Professional registration and current APC – Nurse, Social Worker, Counsellor, or similar.Strong knowledge of ACC systems, processes, and pathways.Experience in leading teams and managing direct reports.Experience in contract management and process improvement.Skilled at building team capability through coaching, training, and mentoring.Proficient in using data to inform decision-making and generate insights.Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask.Full and unrestricted NZ driver's licence.Demonstrated leadership in managing direct reports and building team capacity.Experience in process and system improvements.A strong commitment to upholding privacy, confidentiality, and professional standards.Join Us:If you are passionate about making a difference and have the skills and experience to lead our ACC SCS and SES Contracts, we would love to hear from you.
