Clinical Consultant - Sports Medicine

Work Flexibility: Hybrid We are now seeking a passionate, driven, and energetic Clinical Consultant to join our Sports Medicine team in New Zealand in a 12-month fixed term, full-time capacity. This role will look after Auckland and surrounding areas, with some travel to the South Island. Our Clinical Consultants: Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customers. Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products. Conduct in-service training and support our Territory Managers. Confidently identify and troubleshoot product-related problems and/or issues related to a customer's application of a product. Interact with various internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product development) concerning products and product application. Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through internal training, external seminars, and other available means. Key skills: Current qualifications within allied health - physios, nurses, osteos are all encouraged to apply. Understanding of the hospital environment and experience working within a clinical setting. Demonstrated problem-solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjects. Keen learner and strong team player with a positive attitude. Able to work autonomously and calmly under pressure. Strong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role. Key requirements: Proven experience in either a clinical environment, sales, or within the medical space. A passion for successful patient outcomes. Proficient in comprehending technical information and articulating complex ideas clearly. Proven track record of building robust and trustworthy relationships with internal stakeholders and customers. Highly adaptable to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
