Clinical Consultant - Sports Medicine

We are now seeking a passionate, driven and energetic Clinical Consultant to join our Sports Medicine team in New Zealand in a 12 month fixed term, full time capacity. This role will look after Auckland and surrounding areas, with some travel to the South Island. Our Clinical Consultants: Provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to internal and external customersAttend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker productsConduct in-service training and support our Territory ManagersConfidently identify and troubleshoot product-related problems and/or issues related to a customer's application of a product.Interact with various internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product development) concerning products and product application.Maintain product/instrumentation knowledge and professional skills through internal training, external seminars and other available means.Key skills: Current qualifications within allied health - physios, nurses, osteos are all encouraged to applyUnderstanding of the hospital environment and experience working within a clinical settingDemonstrated problem solving, collaborative teamwork skills, including the ability to drive clear verbal messages regarding technical subjectsKeen learner and strong team player with a positive attitudeAble to work autonomously and calmly under pressureStrong communication skills and a passion for a successful patient outcome every time will ensure your success in this role.Key requirements: Proven experience in either a clinical environment, sales or within the medical space.A passion for successful patient outcomesProficient in comprehending technical information and articulating complex ideas clearlyProven track record of building robust and trustworthy relationships with internal stakeholders and customersHighly adaptable to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environmentExceptional problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges effectively and find creative solutionsCulture & Benefits Ongoing training and opportunities for career progressionPaid Parental leave schemesVolunteer DayA Leader who will support & guide you throughout your careerAccess to employee benefits including health care, financial wellbeing & insuranceAccess to our career and self-development program from day oneTo join us, click apply now!
