The Clinical Coach is responsible for promoting and providing targeted and planned point of care clinical education and coaching for an identified individual nurse, nursing cohort or team.As the Clinical Coach, you will role model excellence in clinical practice and assist current and New Graduate Nurses in nursing assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.NZ Registered Nurse with a current annual practicing certificate2+ years' experience in Haematology with chemotherapy administration3+ years experience in a large hospital environment in NZ (post registration)Trained preceptorStrong knowledge and expertise in Paediatric / Medical / Acute / Primary Health CareAt Counties Manukau Health, people and their lives matter to us.
