Clinical Coaching has shown us the importance of impromptu learning opportunities for our team. Our nursing team continues to have a requirement for excellent clinical skills to provide efficient and safe care to our community. We are looking for an experienced Emergency Department nurse with proven clinical excellence and a passion for teaching.This is a great career opportunity for you to share your clinical knowledge with nursing colleagues to provide extra clinical coaching and training at the bedside. We believe that our dedicated and passionate staff are a significant driving force behind the achievement of these standards, and we need more like-minded people to help us continue providing for our community.About youIt is essential that you are a Registered Nurse with a current practising certificate.A current Portfolio (PDRP or equivalent) or be working towards one.Strong communication, mentoring, and coaching skills.A first-rate knowledge of professional standards and regulations for Nurses with impeccable practice standards and nursing speciality knowledge.The ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative manner.Competency with te ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.Experience in projects/initiatives which give effect to Te Tiriti principles and frameworks, and the application of Matauranga Maori and Kaupapa Maori approaches, particularly as they apply in healthcare settings.Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is 'the weaving of wellness'.
