Clinical Charge Nurse Manager, Variance Response

We are looking for an innovative, excellent communicator and passionate nursing leader who is up to this challenge!
As a Clinical Nurse Manager with the Variance Response Management Team, you will work closely with a variety of clinical leaders across many specialties within the in-patient setting at Counties Manukau Health.
You will be the go-to person for advice and support that can alter and change hour by hour.
In this role, you have an overview of the occupancy and acuity across all clinical areas and work in collaboration with the Duty Managers and will be based in Middlemore Central the operational hub of the hospital.The Variance Response Management Team is an operational team dedicated to providing additional workforce according to TrendCare variances and/or unsafe staffing situations across acute ARHOP, Medicine, Surgical and with limited support to KidzFirst, Women's Health wards and the Emergency Department.
The team of coordinators, registered nurses and heath care assistants will require your oversight and clinical guidance to navigate emerging clinical risks and that daily will require clear critical thinking and decision-making.This is a full-time role Monday-Friday.Click Here for the job descriptionIf you are looking for a new challenge that will utilise your clinical knowledge, nursing and leadership skills, then this is the role for you!
