Clinical Applications Specialist - DXR NZ Philips is a leading global healthcare company aiming to improve the lives of 3 billion people by 2025. Your role Philips challenges you to use your superior clinical skills gained as a Radiographer to take on this dynamic role that will allow you to work with cutting edge technology on a daily basis. Based in Auckland and working with new and existing customers across NZ, you will focus on our DXR product portfolio. Your primary focus will be to provide clinical support throughout the entire life cycle of the relationship.
You will work in partnership with Account Managers to deliver pre-sale presentations and demonstrations, right through the sales cycle to installation and post-sale training, applications and support. Whether coming from a pure clinical background or having already made the shift into the commercial world, your expertise will be highly valued. Day-to-day, the role is diverse and challenging and will allow you to continue exercising your clinical expertise whilst taking your customer focus and relationship building skills to the next level.
You will report to the Business Manager for ANZ and work alongside a team of passionate and enthusiastic Clinical Applications Specialists, all playing a pivotal role in the ongoing success of our Imaging Business. More broadly, you will be working as part of the Philips Healthcare team and have daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders across the business including Sales and Product Management teams.
You're the right fit if A qualified Radiographer with solid work experience which includes comprehensive clinical experience in General X-Ray and Mobile Surgery. Experience with Fluoroscopy would also be advantageous. Superior customer centric approach / skills Outstanding relationship building and communication skills High levels of motivation, energy and a drive to achieve results A willingness to travel across NZ on a frequent basis Desire to be in a commercially focused role, partnering the business Previous experience or high level of comfort in presentations and training.
