Vetlife offers a full range of veterinary services to our surrounding communities for both production and companion animals. We currently have an opportunity for a Clinic Team Lead to join our small yet productive team at Vetlife Pleasant Point.The successful applicant will provide leadership for the clinic team, whilst also taking a lead in the day to day running of inventory, coordination of production animal work, and the companion animal clinic. This role requires someone with great communication, organisation and people management skills, a passion for customer service and a broad understanding and interest in both production and companion animals.About the role:Lead our team which includes customer service, companion and production animal teamsProvide for the smooth and efficient daily running of Vetlife Pleasant PointDeliver high quality service to our clientsFacilitate effective lines of communication and grow our cohesive teamReport to South Canterbury Hub ManagerSkills and Experience:Proven leadership skillsA mature and practical approach to providing an impeccable service to our clientsA friendly personality combined with a can-do attitudeA keen problem-solver with a passion for customer satisfactionAbility to communicate well with both our valued client base as well as colleaguesAn eagerness to learn and an ability to adapt quickly to changeThe ideal candidate is likely to have experience in customer facing roles as well as a track record in providing effective team leadership.
