Clinic Operations Specialist - Tend Linwood

People are at the heart of everything we do!With 25 clinics & an online service across the nation, you will have plenty of support with our central Technology, Clinical Support, Operations, People & Finance team to help you thrive!As part of Tend, you will have every opportunity to grow your career whilst being supported by a wonderfully experienced local team, in collaboration with our Linwood's Operations Manager.Our ideal person for this role will have:Preference for experience working in primary or secondary care services, ideally in general practice.Service management & team coordination experience.Strong facilitation & negotiation/persuasion skills.Strong working knowledge of Practice Management Systems (preferred).Strong ability to pick up technology systems with ease is a must.This role will be responsible for:Being the "go-to" person for day-to-day operations.Coordination of clinical & non-clinical resources onsite.Operational excellence & process improvement.Operational needs of daily clinical services.Please get in touch with William (021 135 0204) or ******, if you have any questions or you'd like to find out more about the position!
