With 25 clinics & an online service across the nation, you will have plenty of support with our central Technology, Clinical Support, Operations, People & Finance team to help you thrive!
As part of Tend, you will have every opportunity to grow your career whilst being supported by a wonderfully experienced local team, in collaboration with our Auckland's Group Clinic Operations Manager.
Our ideal person for this role will have: Preference for experience working in primary or secondary care services, ideally in general practice Service management & team coordination experience  Strong facilitation & negotiation/persuasion skills Strong working knowledge of Practice Management Systems (preferred) Strong ability to pick up technology systems with ease is a must.
This role will be responsible for: Being the "go-to" person for day to day operations Coordination of clinical & non-clinical resources onsite Operational excellence & process improvement Operational needs of daily clinical services.
