We are creating a talent pool for future and current Clinic Manager opportunities in Victoria. Reporting to the Cluster Manager, the role of Clinic Manager is to lead, coach, inspire and drive the performance of their teams and their clinic business.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that financial budgets for sales, conversion, product attachment and labour productivity are achievedContinually assess the performance of each treatment category within the clinic (laser, skin, inject and body) and create action plans to address any areas of underperformanceManage and coach your team members to achieve and exceed their agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labour productivityLead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) – Beauty Tailored To YouDrive a culture of feedback and continuous performance improvement across the team by assessing skills gaps, putting in place tailored training plans for team members and managing performanceEnsure that marketing promotions and campaigns are executed in clinicManage the timely submission and accuracy of all financial areas of the business including payroll, time and attendance and invoice paymentsDrive the operational excellence of the clinic and lead day to day retail disciplines (end of day, stocktake, roster optimisation etc)Create a safe work environment (both physical and psychological) for your team and customersABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will possess:
A strong background in retail, sales, people management and leadership (ideally 1-2 years as a store or clinic manager)A background in retail, hair and beauty or service industries is highly regardedProven capability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targetsAbility to work in a very high-volume, fast-paced environmentStrong brand alignmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team cultureHigh computer literacyThis is a hands-on role that includes weekend work and requires availability for additional hours at peak times, such as late-night trading, weekends and public holidays.
