Clinic Manager/Reception

Physio Movement is on the hunt for a highly motivated Clinic Manager who can run a team and reception of our clinic.This is a full-time position. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all clinic administration including reception duty and schedule/staff management. Our reception staff play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our patients and maintaining excellent customer service throughout their visit.Your key responsibilities will include:Greeting patients with a friendly and professional demeanor.Answering phone calls and addressing patient enquiries.Registering new patients and scheduling appointments.Responsible for the management of staff schedules.Creating ads and content to promote the business.Processing patient payments and medical insurance claims.Lodging claims and invoicing ACC and other debtors.Creating reports for KPI tracking of staff.Maintaining a clean and efficient running of the clinic environment.Ordering stock and maintaining stock levels.Light cleaning duties and ensuring sanitary standards are being kept.We are a very intimate small business with a great vibe, and we are looking for someone who can add to our team.Our ideal candidate will be/have:Invoicing and payment reconciliation experience.A bubbly personality.Be responsible and assertive with payments and fees from patients.Great time management and staff schedule management.Innovative and self-driven.Highly motivated to do an exceptional job.Your application will include the following questions:How many years' experience do you have as a Clinic Manager?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?Do you have customer service experience?How many years of people management experience do you have?How many years' experience do you have as a receptionist?Do you have previous invoicing experience?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
