Better animal health is at the heart of our business, made possible by our passionate and experienced team. From our clinic in Morrinsville we service farms and pets alike, providing a caring touch balanced with understanding the pressures of those running an agricultural business. We are part of the wider Comhla Vet group, a cooperative model providing business support functions and buying advantage, while still having the autonomy to do what's right for our clients.
We are looking for a Clinic Manager to take the reins, managing our operations to ensure our business is humming and our people and clients are happy. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves people, pets, and our farming community to lead our fun, dynamic and hardworking team. This is a permanent role, with hours negotiable between 30 – 35 hours per week.
The Clinic Manager will oversee the veterinary operations in our Morrinsville clinic collaboratively with the existing team to get the job done right. We are looking for someone who takes pride in what they do, understands the importance of smooth and efficient operations, who holds commercial understanding and can resourcefully find ways to achieve our business plan. Ideally, you will have previous experience managing a business or business unit and be comfortable getting your hands dirty to get to know the business well, and a superb people leader who can make decisions that enable a high performing team dynamic.
If you have some knowledge of the veterinary or agribusiness field that's a plus, but if not don't let that hold you back because we offer heaps of support to help you learn the ins and outs of a veterinary practice, and get to know the team.
Here at Veterinary Clinic Morrinsville, we have a team built on trust, collaboration and friendship who are on top of their game in all aspects of veterinary care for our rural communities. We persevere, never shying away from hard work - we roll up our sleeves and get the job done right. We take pride in doing the right thing with integrity and a commitment to excellence. We offer a supportive and fun team environment, a focus on personal development and wellbeing plus loads of rewarding work for the right person.
If this sparks your interest, please get in touch - we'd love to hear from you!
