The role of Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics New Plymouth is to lead, coach, inspire and drive the performance of their teams and their clinic business.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and treat in skin, laser and Institut Ensure that financial budgets for sales, conversion, product attachment and labour productivity are achieved Continually assess the performance of each treatment category within the clinic (laser, skin, inject and body) and create action plans to address any areas of underperformance Manage and coach your team members to achieve and exceed their agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labour productivity Lead the team to deliver on our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) – Beauty Tailored To You Drive a culture of feedback and continuous performance improvement across the team by assessing skills gaps, putting in place tailored training plans for team members and managing performance Ensure that marketing promotions and campaigns are executed in clinic Manage the timely submission and accuracy of all financial areas of the business including payroll, time and attendance and invoice payments Drive the operational excellence of the clinic and lead day-to-day retail disciplines (end of day, stocktake, roster optimisation etc)
ABOUT YOU The ideal candidate will possess:
Formal Beauty qualification (minimum Level 4) Ideally 1-2 years of minimum experience in team leadership Proven capability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targets Ability to work in a very high-volume, fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture High computer literacy This is a hands-on role that includes weekend work and requires availability for additional hours at peak times, such as late-night trading, weekends and public holidays.
