Climate & Environmental Planning Team CoordinatorWe are looking for a dynamic Team Coordinator who would love to be part of a team that ensures we have a resilient and inviting city that enables our community to thrive.
You will provide excellent support through developing and managing administrative systems to support the Team's work programme. You will be supporting our project leads with documentation and project administration and assist the team with reporting, scheduling, and evaluation.
You will have proven skills and experience in coordinating a small and busy team, working in a demanding administration role with some project coordination experience. This role is key to assisting our team to track and maintain project deliverables and to ensure our work programmes are delivered on time.
You will have demonstrated experience fostering excellent working relationships, as well as truly valuing and creating excellent customer experiences. We always put the customer at the centre of our thinking, so we need smart people who are innovative and want to make things better. You will work well as part of a small team with the drive and motivation to work independently.
You'll really appreciate the opportunity to build on your skills and use your experience to improve the way we work. This role will also give you a sense of connection with our community and you'll be excited by the prospect of contributing to the future of our city.
Ideally, you will have practical experience in project administration and coordinating multiple pieces of work at the same time. Top-notch stakeholder engagement skills are important, as well as excellent planning skills.
This is a part-time role for a minimum of 16 hours a week, and we are flexible on how those hours are made up. There may be scope for additional hours, to be decided at the time of appointment.
