If you want to be part of something special – APPLY NOW* About the Role Reporting directly to Head of Sales & Client Management, the role of CVM is a pivotal one that is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the relationships with our clients across the Entertainment, Sport and Group categories while also identifying and capitalizing on cost savings and efficiency opportunities.
This role primarily involves client retention, account services, client communication, feedback collection, product & technology support, performance tracking and analysis.
CTM prides itself on a suite of marketing leading proprietary technology such as CTM Portal, Fare Forecaster, Lightning, CTM Mobile, Scout, Tramada and Sleep Space, all of which form part of the value proposition that the CVM will deliver, administer and manage to Entertainment, Sport and Group customers.
Working in a strong team environment, account management, commercial tasks, attention to detail, time-sensitive situations, exceptional customer service and delivering results under tight deadlines are just some of the areas you will naturally enjoy and excel in.
Working in production travel doesn't always adhere to a typical 9-5 office hours.
At times we all need to be flexible to meet the needs of our customers and the production schedule.
As a result, there may be instances where you may need to work beyond regular office hours to fulfill the project commitments.
