Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Full time
We are seeking a tech-savvy professional to join our Trust Review Team within our Personal Planning legal team, attending to Trust Reviews when GQ are a Trustee of a Trust. Based in our New Plymouth office, the ideal candidate is an experienced administrator with a talent for building strong relationships, excelling at multitasking, and embracing innovative solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to delivering smarter, faster, and more precise outcomes for both our team and clients.
About You

Experience or familiarity with trusts, management, and compliance, with knowledge of the 2019 Trust Act is an advantage
Familiarity with and maintenance of Companies Office records
Experience and ability to leverage technology and advanced AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience through timely and professional communication
Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of trust clients, including conducting annual reviews and ensuring compliance with trust management requirements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a forward-thinking approach to automating workflows
Strong project management and multitasking skills to support team goals
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience with Actionstep or similar legal software is desirable, however training can be provided
High resilience and capacity to thrive under pressure
Knowledge of Financial Statements would be advantageous
