With strong demand for our services and a forward growth strategy, IMPAC needs to ensure we continue to provide a quality service to our internal staff and external stakeholders and clients.The Client & Training Coordinator role represents our frontline for client requests, lead generation, qualification of sales enquiries, and generating new opportunities. The role requires energy, professionalism, great communication skills, and commitment to success.This is a largely phone-based role to provide solutions for our clients based on their requests, to successfully secure new opportunities and to promote and fill our scheduled training courses. In-person meetings and interactions will also be part of your brief.The role is vital in managing client needs, expectations and enquiries so that all interactions positively grow client relationships.
