We have an exciting, new permanent full-time opportunity for a Team Leader to join our team in Wellington NZ!As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational management of a team. You will drive and develop team performance and coach team members to provide exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you will be someone who leads by example, is inspiring and supportive to others, passionate, customer-oriented, and results-focused.What you'll do:Develop, coach, and support your team to achieve quality and productivity targetsDrive team engagement and moraleRespond to general and escalated queries from customers, clients, and team membersLead by example in areas of professionalism, conduct, punctuality, and leadershipDevelop action plans to optimise performance and drive continuous improvementDrive dedication to customer service and share knowledge within the teamIdentify areas of potential efficiency improvementsConduct monthly 1:1's to review performance and provide coaching and feedback to individuals to support their personal developmentWhat you'll bring:Willingness to obtain clearances required for the roleA passion for people leadership, coaching & development, and the ability to drive team engagementReliable with a good attendance and adherence recordConsistency in meeting KPI's across both phone-based and quality metricsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsEnthusiastic and willing to build relationships with team members and support staffMinimum 1.5 years Team Leader experienceFinancial experience is a bonusWhy join us here at Datacom?Datacom is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
