- Generate reports regarding client interactions and satisfaction levels, contributing insights to enhance customer experience.

**Planning & Coordination:** - Develop and implement strategies for improving client support processes and workflows.
- Assist with the planning and coordination of client onboarding, training, and engagement activities.

**Continuous Improvement:** - Stay informed about the latest product updates and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Research & Analysis:** - Conduct market research to better understand client needs and preferences.
- Analyze client feedback and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in services and support.
**Requirements:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years experience in client support, customer service, or a related field.
- **Education:** A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Soft Skills:** - Strong planning and organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent research skills to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- **Personality Traits:** - Dedicated and driven with a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
