**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Auckland.
This part-time position is ideal for an individual who is keen to develop their skills in client support, while contributing to the overall success of our organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience and possess a strong work ethic, alongside a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
**Key Responsibilities:** - **Client Communication:** - Serve as the first point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through proactive communication and personalized support.
- **Issue Resolution:** - Diagnose and resolve client issues effectively by utilizing strong problem-solving skills, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex client issues in a timely manner.
- **Research & Reporting:** - Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to enhance service offerings.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client feedback, performance metrics, and service improvements to management.
- **Documentation & Maintenance:** - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, service requests, and resolutions within the client management system.
- Ensure all client information is kept up-to-date and in compliance with company policies.
- **Negotiation & Sales Support:** - Assist the sales team in negotiating contract terms and pricing structures to ensure client requirements are met while supporting organizational goals.
- Participate in client onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions and positive initial experiences.
- **Continuous Improvement:** - Identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements in processes and systems to increase efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, utilizing the information to better serve clients and enhance service delivery.
**Requirements:** - **Experience & Education:** - Minimum of two years of experience in a client support role or related position.
- A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Skill Set:** - Proven research skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to drive informed decisions.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving positive outcomes for both the client and the organization.
- **Personal Traits:** - Hardworking and driven with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Possesses a high degree of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- **Soft Skills:** - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- **Technical Proficiency:** - Familiarity with client management systems (CRM software) and standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
