**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced, confident, and resourceful Client Support Manager to join our team in a part-time capacity. This key position will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships, offering solutions to challenges, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Relationship Management:**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction and gather feedback to improve services.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.

- **Support and Problem Resolution:**
- Provide expert support to clients, guiding them through the processes and systems relevant to their needs.
- Analyze client issues, develop solutions, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure swift resolutions.
- Document and track client interactions, issues, and resolutions within the company's CRM system.

- **Research and Data Analysis:**
- Conduct research to understand client industries, trends, and challenges, enabling tailored support and strategic recommendations.
- Monitor and report on client metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

- **Collaboration and Coordination:**
- Work closely with sales, project management, and other departments to ensure alignment on client needs and project goals.
- Collaborate with global team members to share insights and strategies that can enhance client support initiatives.

- **Training and Development:**
- Participate in and contribute to the training and onboarding of new staff members, sharing best practices in client support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve support processes.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or customer service roles, preferably in a construction or engineering context.
- Proven track record of managing client relationships and resolving complex issues.

- **Education:**
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred, but relevant work experience will also be considered.

- **Skills:**
- Exceptional research skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Confident and poised in client interactions, able to advocate for clients while representing the company's interests.
- Resourceful in problem-solving, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, while remaining a collaborative team player.
