### Key Responsibilities - **Client Relationship Management:** - Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

- **Reporting and Analysis:** - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing service delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports for management outlining client support metrics, satisfaction levels, and areas for improvement.
- Use analytical insights to drive strategic changes that enhance client engagement and retention.
- **Process Improvement:** - Collaborate with management to develop and implement best practices for client support processes.
- Identify and develop creative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance overall efficiency of support services.
- Conduct regular assessments of existing support systems and procedures, providing recommendations for improvements.
- **Training and Development:** - Design and implement training programs for both new and existing team members to ensure all staff are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings and team capabilities.
### Requirements - **Education and Experience:** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support or management roles, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in CRM software and client support tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with reporting tools and creating performance metrics is a plus.
- **Personal Attributes:** - Confident and resourceful in problem-solving and decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and build trust.
