Job Description: Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our remote team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client support management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and providing top-notch support. Responsibilities:- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Manage client accounts, ensuring they are meeting their goals and objectives- Collaborate with internal teams to provide clients with solutions and support as needed- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement- Develop and implement client support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Conduct regular client meetings to review performance, address issues, and deepen relationships- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure excellent service delivery- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support management Requirements:- Minimum of 6 years of experience in client support management or a related field- Confident and energetic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and make data-driven decisions- Persuasion skills to influence clients and internal stakeholders- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships- Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Benefits:- Remote work flexibility- Medical coverage- Gym membership- Competitive salary Equal Opportunity Statement:Arthur J.
