Job Description:

Allbirds is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato, NZ. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client support and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of client support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and issues
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client support performance and key metrics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in client support or a related field
- Energetic and motivated personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Experience managing a team of client support representatives is preferred
