Job Description: UGI is seeking a Client Support Manager to join our team in Nelson, Nelson, NZ. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the support team and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a client support role, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities: - Manage a team of client support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolution - Work closely with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services - Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the support team - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in a client support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Motivated and energetic personality - Critical thinking and planning skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Benefits: - Free accommodation - Parental leave - Company transportation Working Environment: At UGI, we provide an environment where technology is harnessed to drive innovation and efficiency.
