In this part-time role, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. You will provide exceptional support to ensure their needs are met while facilitating communication between our internal teams and clients.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and gather feedback on products and services.Support Delivery: Coordinate and deliver training sessions for clients on product usage, troubleshooting, and new features. Manage client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, leveraging cross-departmental resources as needed.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to align client needs with product offerings and innovations. Prepare and present regular reports on client feedback and support trends to management.Project Management: Lead and manage client support projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Develop and implement processes to enhance client support operations and improve client experience.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to developing best practices in client support.
