Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Client Support Manager to join our team at Xcel Energy in Dunedin, Otago, NZ.
As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client support, you will be responsible for managing a team of client support specialists and ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of client support specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Analyze client feedback and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and implement training programs for client support specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to assist clients effectively - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement - Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a client support or customer service role, with at least 7 years of experience - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Creativity and strategic planning skills - Experience managing a team of client support specialists - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate Benefits: - Paid overtime - Dental insurance - Visa sponsorship Working Environment: At Xcel Energy, we prioritize understanding and empathy in all interactions.
