Job Description: WellCare Health Plans is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in client support or a related field. Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on client satisfaction and retention metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for client satisfaction - Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Benefits: - Employee discounts on WellCare Health Plans services - Parental leave for eligible employees - Medical coverage for employees and their families Working Environment: At WellCare Health Plans, we strive to achieve success in a high-energy workplace focused on delivering impactful results.
