Job Description: New York Life Insurance is seeking a part-time Client Support Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in the insurance industry, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their main point of contact for any inquiries or issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services - Coordinate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve any issues that may arise - Monitor client accounts and ensure all paperwork and documentation is accurate and up-to-date - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to help them make informed decisions about their insurance coverage - Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients and provide relevant information Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in the insurance industry - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong analytical skills and ability to cooperate with others - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Knowledge of insurance products and services - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Benefits: - Dental insurance - Travel opportunities - Travel & spending expenses - Build strong connections and treat colleagues like an extended family Equal Opportunity Statement: New York Life Insurance is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, national origin, disability, or any other protected status.
