This is a remote, part-time position suited for individuals passionate about enhancing the client experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. ### Key Responsibilities: - **Customer Interaction**: Handle inbound and outbound communications with clients and potential customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate a positive experience. - **Issue Resolution**: Efficiently analyze and resolve client concerns by utilizing a problem-solving approach, ensuring a swift and satisfactory resolution. - **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system, providing insights into customer feedback and service requirements. - **Product Knowledge**: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of NRG Energy's product offerings, services, and operational protocols to effectively communicate with clients and provide accurate information. - **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to escalate complex issues and support cross-functional projects aiming to enhance the client experience. - **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in regular training sessions and actively contribute ideas for process improvements, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and client satisfaction. - **Feedback Loop**: Collect feedback from clients regarding their experiences and communicate insights to management for strategic planning and product enhancement. ### Qualifications and Requirements: - **Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of experience in client support, customer service, or a related field is preferred. - **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent. A degree in a related field is a plus but not mandatory. - **Technical Skills**: Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
