Continuous Improvement: Engage in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer support and the mortgage industry. Actively seek ways to improve client support processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support role or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software. Analytical and Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs and conduct thorough research to find solutions. Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
