We are looking for a curious and motivated Client Success Manager to join our team in Auckland.
This is an exciting opportunity as we enter a new phase in our business, providing a game-changing way for our clients to conduct their insights discovery through AI.
We are revolutionizing the way our clients find insights, boosting efficiency and effectiveness within their businesses.
Client Success Manager, NZ's focus is to support the continued high retention rate of Mintel subscription clients by ensuring Mintel's market-leading data and insight is applied to its full extent within Mintel clients' business to support their commercial objectives.
The contractor will achieve this by providing best-in-class levels of service through the whole client lifecycle of onboarding, product adoption, value-led engagement, advocacy, and retention.
What You Will Be Doing: Growing existing account relationships.
You will be using your excellent communication skills, strong follow-up, and sharp attention to detail to build relationships across a portfolio of clients.
Delivering Insights.
You will be presenting trends, category, and consumer analysis to executive-level audiences across New Zealand.
Always in an engaging interactive and confident manner, training will be provided to support you to be successful.
Driving value.
You'll put your analysis skills to work to understand our client's businesses as well to develop strategies and action plans to improve the client experience, ensure client retention, and enable account growth in partnership with the Account Managers.
Ultimately, you'll be helping our clients to achieve their business objectives.
