A Little About You We are looking for a highly motived, self-driven and adaptable person who can make this role their own, and is committed to providing a friendly and professional service to our clients. We use Apple products exclusively, so knowing your way around Macs will give you a competitive advantage. Previous experience working in a help desk/contact centre environment preferable. You have: Confident and clear communication The ability to learn new procedures and able to retain information quickly and efficiently Excellent problem-solving abilities Exceptional organisational and time management skills Experience working with and meeting KPI's, or an eagerness to learn A proactive and self-motivated approach to work - Initiative is your middle name! A Little About The Role The Client Success Manager role is a tele-focused position. It serves as a liaison for the company, representing us in a friendly and helpful manner. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle inbound phone calls and emails promptly. You'll provide product, service, feature, and system information, as well as onboarding and training to our clients. Your responsibilities include addressing all queries and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves tasks such as processing sales, following up on sales, and performing other general administrative duties.
