A Little About The Role The Client Success Manager role is a tele-focused position. It serves as a liaison for the company, representing us in a friendly and helpful manner. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will handle inbound phone calls and emails promptly. You'll provide product, service, feature, and system information, as well as onboarding and training to our clients. Your responsibilities include addressing all queries and resolving any emerging problems with accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, the role involves tasks such as processing sales, following up on sales, and performing other general administrative duties.
