This exciting role sees us seeking an experienced Client Services Manager for our Tamaki Makaurau (Mt Wellington - Auckland) Branch, a key role in our organisation.
This pivotal role is all about championing customer-centric service and transforming client relationships from service provider to trusted partner.
About the role – you will be: Manage daily client activities while driving business performance.
Serve as the first point of support, escalation, and response for key clients.
Be the customer's "Champion" within First Security, ensuring internal stakeholders align with our commitments.
Lead and collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional service.
Develop strategic plans to meet and exceed client expectations and budgets.
Stay active in the field, motivating your team and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, aiming for excellence.
Compile quality assurance, incident, and other reports as needed.

What you will bring: 2+ years of leadership experience in a dynamic environment.
2+ years in a client service or client-facing role.
Experience in the service industry.
Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills with a flexible management approach.
Proven customer service skills and effective communication at all levels.
High computer literacy and the ability to create professional reports.
Current COA or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice Criminal Convictions check.
