We are looking for a superstar Client Services/Legal Support person to join our Family Team. This part-time role (25 hours per week) is responsible for managing new enquiries, supporting existing clients and providing support to our amazing family legal support team.The role suits someone with excellent communication and customer service skills, with a professional and empathetic approach. A high level of discretion is required when dealing with confidential and sensitive issues for our clients.The OpportunityYou'll be providing general administrative support across a variety of tasks, including managing the entire process of addressing new client enquiries and onboarding, whilst supporting existing client enquiries and workload across the team, completing legal aid applications, preparing documentation, drafting letters of engagement, and other urgent matters as required.
