Requirements include:
Previous Customer Service experience, ideally within a services business
Inbound and outbound calling experience
Experience with MS Office
Previous scheduling experience would be ideal
Good knowledge of NZ geography with particular emphasis on our two biggest markets - Canterbury & Auckland would be ideal.
You must be a New Zealand citizen or hold a valid work visa. The role involves plenty of phone conversations so a strong grasp of the English language is a must. As part of the recruitment process, applicants will be required to complete pre-employment processes including a comprehensive background check and drug testing.
