About the Role Toll Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Services Coordinator to manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring seamless service delivery across Seafreight and Airfreight Imports. This role involves end-to-end shipment management, client retention, and development. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities include: Client Portfolio Management: Handle your own client portfolio, covering both Seafreight and Airfreight Imports.End-to-End Shipment Management: Oversee the entire shipment process from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.Rate Updates and Quotes: Regularly update client rates and assist in the preparation of quotes.Client Retention and Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.To be successful in this role you will possess: Proven experience in Import Freight Forwarding Customer Service over multiple years.Proficiency in Cargowise.Excellent communication skills to effectively build and maintain strong customer relationships.Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.You must be entitled to work in New Zealand and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.
