Naveris, a biotech startup based near Boston, MA, is looking for a Client Services Associate team member to help us develop our next great product for patients at risk of developing viral cancers. Our flagship test, NavDx, is a breakthrough blood-based DNA test for HPV cancers, clinically proven and already trusted by hundreds of physicians and institutions across the U.S.
Opportunity We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, familiarity with SalesForce, and a focus on supporting both internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will be West Coast-based, with a preference for someone fluent in Spanish to help us better serve our diverse customer base.
Job Responsibilities Maintain and update client records in SalesForce to ensure accuracy and consistency.Support the sales and customer service teams with client onboarding and general inquiries.Act as a primary point of contact for routine client interactions, delivering excellent service and timely responses.Help identify and resolve process inefficiencies to enhance client experiences.Utilize SalesForce to track client interactions, coordinate follow-ups, and support internal workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment on objectives.Follow privacy guidelines as dictated by state and federal law.Deferring patient queries to your manager if you are unable to answer them.Requirements High school diploma or equivalent degree is required.Proficiency with SalesForce or a similar CRM platform.Strong written and verbal communication skills; Spanish fluency strongly preferred.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to new tools and processes.Previous experience in a client-facing, administrative, or operations support role.Familiarity with tools or platforms that integrate with SalesForce.Compliance Responsibilities Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) is a federal law that describes the national standards to protect sensitive patient health information from being disclosed without the patient's consent or knowledge.
