Korero mo te turanga - About the role Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Client Services Analyst on a fixed-term, full-time basis until February 2025 to join the Service Desk team which is part of Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions.
The role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and webchat to university staff and students.
Key responsibilities: Provide Service Desk and remote desktop support for faults and service requests.
Liaise with other teams, both within and outside of Te Tai Matihiko - Digital Solutions, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Accurately record all job details in call logging software (Alemba Service Manager), ensuring sufficient details are recorded to ensure any follow-up action that may be required is able to be undertaken in an efficient manner.
Use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and provide solutions for IT problems.
