As we expand our horizons, we're looking for a Client Service Administrator that will be a member of a nationwide shared services administrative team and stand out to look after our clients.

This role will initially be remote, but will move to our Tauranga/Papamoa clinic when up and running.

About the role The role is varied and includes: Your main focus will be client communication - compassionately supporting our clients across various communication channels, including phone (inbound and outbound), email, and in-person interactions.
Appointment Management - schedule, confirm and manage appointments across all entities ensuring all necessary information is recorded.
Client Record Management & Data Entry - Maintain accurate and confidential client records, facilitate seamless communication between healthcare professionals and entities, ensuring continuity of care.
Administrative duties - Complete daily administrative duties with attention to detail and efficiency.
Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication within departments, participate in team meetings, providing updates and feedback to improve service delivery.
Required skills: Previous experience in a client services or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and Patient Management Systems.
Intercom experience advantageous but not essential.
Knowledge of medical terminology and practices is advantageous but not required.
40-hour work week (over 5 days).
Please note that we are looking to transition to a Monday-Saturday schedule with shifts that will be rostered accordingly.
