As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Client Interaction:** - Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries regarding LawVu's products and services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded. - Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, providing feedback to internal teams to enhance service delivery. 2. **Onboarding and Training:** - Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to using LawVu's products. - Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are fully equipped to utilize our platform effectively. 3. **Client Support:** - Assist clients with troubleshooting and resolving issues, collaborating with technical and product teams as necessary. - Monitor client engagements and health metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for additional support or education. 4. **Reporting and Feedback:** - Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and enhancement efforts. - Generate reports on client satisfaction, usage statistics, and engagement trends to inform management and improve service outcomes. 5. **Collaboration:** - Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to relay client needs and contribute to strategic planning. - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve workflows and client service initiatives. **Requirements:** 1. **Experience:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role, ideally within the legal or technology sectors. 2. **Education:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred but not mandatory. 3. **Technical Skills:** - Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems. - Familiarity with product support tools and remote training platforms. 4. **Personality Traits:** - Driven: A self-starter who takes initiative and is motivated by client success. - Energetic: A positive and enthusiastic approach to engaging with clients and team members. 5. **Soft Skills:** - Cooperation: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate towards common goals. - Time Management: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. **Benefits:** - Paid overtime for hours worked beyond the standard part-time schedule. - Comprehensive medical coverage to ensure your health and well-being. - A retirement plan to help you secure your financial future. **Working Environment:** At LawVu, we pride ourselves on nurturing an entrepreneurial atmosphere, even within our established organization.
