What you'll be doing: Provide support to client-facing Brokers in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation, including sending closing documentation to appropriate parties. We will count on you to: Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of invoicing, quotations, calculations, complex and confidential documentation.Ensure timely and accurate production of reports.Manage and prioritize your own workload to meet individual SLA, KPI and Quality targets.Process complex transactions and resolve escalated matters within SLA.Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation.Support Senior Account Executives/Principals with the development, implementation and management of risk management and insurance programs that accurately address customer needs.Adhere strictly to the Company's Quality practices and other systems and procedures.Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Identify opportunities for improvement within operational processes and work with colleagues and Operations Services Team Leaders to deliver improvements. What you will bring: University degree in any discipline.1-2 years administration experience desirable.Clear and concise oral and written communication skills.Strong numerical skills.Excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (or equivalent) - Outlook, Word and Excel.Eagerness to learn.Team player with a great sense of humour!
