**Position Overview:**
The Client Service Representative will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships through exceptional service delivery. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:**
- Provide timely and effective support to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience with Estee Lauder products.

- **Issue Resolution:**
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues and complaints effectively while ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client inquiries and ensure a seamless service experience.

- **Product Knowledge:**
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Estee Lauder's product offerings, promotions, and policies.
- Educate clients on product features, benefits, and proper usage to enhance their experience and encourage product loyalty.

- **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Accurately record and document client interactions and feedback in accordance with company protocols.
- Analyze patterns from customer inquiries and provide insights to optimize service processes and product offerings.

- **Team Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with team members to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance personal skills and contribute effectively to team objectives.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Proactively seek feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to identify areas for service enhancement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging customer service technologies to improve client engagement.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in client service or a related field, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.

- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business, communication, or a related area is advantageous.

- **Skills:**
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability in people management and relationship-building.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to service delivery.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Dedicated and hardworking, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Comfortability using customer service software and various communication platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
