Job Description: As a Client Service Representative at Quantifi Photonics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and the smooth operation of our service support teams.
Your ability to connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions will be essential in maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
This part-time position requires a blend of customer service expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service and support.
Problem Resolution: Analyze client issues and concerns while leveraging resources and tools to provide effective, timely solutions.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
Service Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company's CRM system.
Ensure documentation is thorough and up to date to facilitate seamless communication within the team.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to provide knowledgeable support and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical support, and product development teams to relay client feedback and advocate for client needs.
Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and strategies for enhancement of service offerings.
Feedback Loop: Gather and analyze client feedback and service metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in training initiatives for the client service team based on insights gained from client interactions.
Adaptability: Shift priorities and responsibilities based on the needs of the business and clients, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and best practices in client service to enhance personal performance and contribute to team goals.
Qualifications: A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a technical or B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members.
Energetic and resourceful personality traits, showcasing enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Demonstrated adaptability in handling changing priorities and unexpected challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools to manage client interactions effectively.
Familiarity with photonic products and services is a plus, but not required.
