### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Client Relationship Management:**

- **Data Analysis and Decision Making:**

- **Reporting and Documentation:**
- Prepare and present detailed client service reports and performance analyses to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and service requests in company systems.
- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Regularly assess and refine service processes to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in client service and leverage this knowledge to improve service offerings.
### **Qualifications:**
- **Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service management or a similar role.
